All yoga classes are conducted by an International Yoga teacher and can be practiced by beginners and intermediate yogi's alike. Classes are tailored to students' abilities and interests. The morning class at 8.15 am - 9.15 am can be followed by either an afternoon, evening or sunset session. Each class includes a short introduction to yoga philosophy, breathing practices and a physical poses sequence, ending with a guided relaxation to balance body, mind and spirit.
Barefoot is not designed to be solely a yoga retreat, guests visit to relax and enjoy a Maldives holiday at great value with the option to SCUBA dive, enjoy self-indulgent spa treatments or explore the local side of the Maldives.
